Operating System

  • Microsoft® Windows® 2000 Server or 2003

Computer/Processor

  • At least 1GHz recommended (Web and Database can reside on same or separate servers)

Memory

  • At least 1GHz recommended

Drive

  • Local or mapped CD-ROM drive or active Internet connection (required for server only)

Display

  • 800x600 SVGA monitor with 16-bit color or greater video card

Database

  • Microsoft® SQL Server 2000 or 2005 with latest service pack (also compatible with MSDE or SQL Express).

SMTP

  • IIS 6.0 / SMTP Services enabled (can be configured as Smart Host)

  • Microsoft® Dynamics GP
  • Microsoft® Dynamics SL
  • Sage MAS 500 ERP
  • Sage PFW ERP
  • Sage MAS 90 ERP
  • Sage MAS 200 ERP

Email Application

  • eRequester works with most email applications and does not require HTML email capabilities
  • Access to an email account for each named user

Note: The eRequester web application needs to be installed on a IIS Server. The SQL Server can be on the same server or on a separate server, including the same server as the accounting system application. Additional hard drive space on the web server may be needed for any scanned image attachments.
