eRequester™

eRequester’s robust search features allow for users to search for requisitions and purchase orders by a wide variety of parameters, including the following criteria:

• ID
• Date
• Status
• Group
• Total
• Line Item

Each of these parameters is broken into sub-groups so users can search, filter and retrieve exactly what they need to see based on the fine details of their requisitions.

eRequester also provides search rights, so users can only search for requisitions that are relevant to their security levels and statuses.

By default:

• Users have the right to search for and view their own requisitions.
• Approvers can search for and view any requisitions that they have the right to approve.
• Proxy Approvers can search for and view any requisitions waiting for approval.
• Administrators can search for and view any requisitions.
• PO Coordinators can search for and view any requisitions.
• Any user can be given “full search rights” so that they can view all requisitions in the system.
