Manage Purchases by Project
Organizations that use project accounting with their purchasing process will appreciate the eRequester's Project Module that allows project segments to be defined by key and description and can be used to:
- Associate project accounting information such as project, phase, task, change order and project type with requested line items
- Provide real-time access to project accounting information with supported accounting systems
- Track purchase orders and requisitions by project segment for better control over expenditures
The eRequester Project Module integrates in real time with projects setup in Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics SL, Sage PFW, Sage MAS 500, Sage Accpac, and Sage MAS 90/200 (Job Cost and Work Order). It allows project information to be associated with any purchase requisition, and creates Project line item types directly in Solomon’s purchasing module through the friendly eRequester web interface.
