eRequester’s user-interface was carefully designed by in-house creative web design and development usability experts. Navigation is intuitive, allowing users to easily create their requisitions through web-based forms.
Easy setup and configuration
eRequester allows administrators to access a special console for easy setup of companies, departments, users, approval levels and other preferences.
Online instructions guide users through each step
eRequester provides non-intrusive embedded help text on all screens to help guide users through the process. Security is based on user permissions
eRequester’s interface will only display information based on the security level given to a particular user. For example, if a user cannot approve requisitions, the “Pending Approval” tab will not appear for that user. Only Administrators have access to the administrative console.
Requisition History shows the life cycle and status of every requisition
eRequester captures all requisition information in a centralized database. Users can add notes, comments and purchase justifications for every line item and requisition. Approvers can add additional feedback and comments, require changes, request information and more. All this dialog and commentary is captured in the Requisition History creating a nice audit trail with dates, time stamps and comments regarding the life cycle of the requisition from creation through approval to Purchase Order creation.
